HOW TO ENTER

​

• Nominees must register and submit all entries via the online portal.

​​

• Your details will not be shared with any third party, and will only be used by us for awards-related communications.

​​

• Please click the ‘Enter now’ button which appears next to each category, from here you will be able to register to enter the awards and follow the guide to submit your entry/entries.

​​

• Once registered and logged in, entries can be drafted and redrafted as many times as you wish or saved for later.

​​

• The awards are FREE to enter.​

       

• All nominations will be treated as confidential at all times.

​​

• Judges are looking for a clear and concise submission and will be awarding points in accordance with the category criteria, please ensure you have read the award criteria for your chosen category carefully. 

​

• You’re welcome to submit additional supporting evidence (beyond your 1000 words) however this is at the judge’s discretion to view therefore please remember ‘quality over quantity’.

• Judging process: Judges privately and remotely judge their small selection of categories and create a shortlist by awarding points, there is no conferring between judges. Once all the judges points are accrued winners are determined and announced  on the evening of the awards ceremony. 

​​

• All judges will be asked to declare any conflicts of interest with the entries they have been assigned to review, and will be withdrawn accordingly from that category in the case of a conflict. All judges are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements in order to join the panel.

​

• The judge's decision is absolute and final in all cases.

​​

• ​Nominations for the Commercial Property Awards are now open and will close on the 24th July 2026.

 

• We ask that all nominees keep Wednesday 30th September 2026 free, should they progress to the shortlist, to attend the Awards Ceremony at The Midland Hotel, Manchester.
